And now we are at E!
And I know that I’ve said a few words (at least) on this topic previously but more really needs to be said.
So can you guess what I picked for the letter E?!?
Well, if you guessed ENEMA, you are right!
And what exactly is an enema?
Well, Wikipedia states it this way: “An enema (/ˈɛnəmə/; plural enemata or enemas) or clyster, is a fluid injected into the lower bowel by way of the rectum. The most frequent use of an enema is as a cleansing enema (also called a soapsuds enema) which is given to relieve constipation or for bowel cleansing before a medical examination or procedure.”
So this fluid or liquid that is being injected should indeed be warm. It may be mineral water, regular water, or some type of commercially packaged enema product. However, I will say it again…this liquid needs to be warm. If not, you will encounter cramping and well, that’s just not a lot of fun.
And speaking of fun…in the interest of good, clean and safe fun, you must be sure that whatever liquid you use is safe and whatever equipment you use is clean.
And after it’s done your back door will be well swept and prepped and ready to go! 🙂
So, what else is good to know about the enema process??
(1) It should not hurt.
(2) Try to relax your body every step of the way.
(3) Give yourself plenty of time to fully eliminate (probably at least 20-30 minutes from beginning to end).
(4) This type of cleansing has been around for hundreds if not thousands of years!
(5) Not only is it good for enhancing anal play but there are some wonderful health benefits as well… eliminating toxins, weight loss, better lung, liver, and kidney function, just to name just a few.
HAPPY CLEANSING, EVERYONE!!!!
What a wonderfully informative and helpful post, Ms. Mandy, on a subject that some people find themselves too shy to proactively broach. Like you, I love strap-on play, and a good working knowledge and proper practice of back door maintenance is absolutely essential to successful, pleasurable, and clean anal play. I am most definitely going to direct my assplay aficionados to this post!
Ohhhh Ms. EmmaJane! Thanks for stopping by and giving me your proverbial two thumbs up. 🙂 I’m so glad that you find my post informative and helpful. And you are SO right, it certainly can be a rather uncomfortable topic to broach! I love that you’ll be directing your “assplay” aficionados to my post, thank you! 🙂
Enemas are very necessary for cleansing, but can be very erotic too. Many of my real-time subs like to have me give them one before strap-on play. I knew after the first erection I saw, after inserting the enema tube that I was on to something. For some ,the fullness of the lower bowel along with masturbating feels amazing.
Ohhhhhh Miss Lena…you are SO right!! 🙂 And that sounds incredibly hot for them and you! I am glad you saw that first erection and realized just how wonderful giving them could be! 🙂
Well Goddess…Thanks for the useful information You presented above. You know i realize just how important hygiene is to Safe play. i started my before session enema ritual several years ago when Madame directed me to be clean, “inside and out” on every posting.
What started as simply a hygienic matter for me quickly turned into something greater. It became a time for me to ponder this practice as a gift to Mistress. It became an opportunity to begin my submersion into a wonderful sub space before the call ever begins. It was during these early preparations when i also became aware that the exact things i was doing to endure the recommended time on the container, and often longer, were akin to the practices of awakening Tantric energies in the body: Deep breathing; Centering the Mind and body; clenching the muscles of my pelvic floor; all helped me begin the power exchange and feel Goddess’ dominance over me. It allows me to focus my energy and become more aware of Her’s.
So yes Goddess, E was preaching to this coir, but i know there are many others in Your Fandom who might find this information very useful to enhance both their, and above all, YOUR pleasure. Perhaps they will find Your post new and very useful, and find their gateway to Nirvana in the process.
THanks for the opportunity to share my humble opinions. One recommendation i have to add to Your list is to wait at least one hour after the enema to reduce residual leakage. 😉
Yes kneel, I most assuredly know that you understand the importance of hygiene when it comes to safe play! But I did not understand until now just how it has so greatly shaped you on your journey…about it being a gift to your Mistress as well as helping you so keenly tune into your body and mind, how wonderful!!! 🙂 And you are more than welcome (as you know) to always share your “humble” opinions with Me. And I for one so appreciate your additional recommendation on waiting that hour, thank you kneel. 🙂
